Equipment
All bike rentals include a helmet and a combination lock included in the price.
The rental duration for bikes is from 9:00 am to 6 pm.
Please, give us a call if you, for some reason, cannot come back in time. Without a call or reason, we will charge a delayed return fee.
If you reserved your bikes online, please, arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time.
Cancellation policy:
For a refund and/or to cancel your reservation, please notify us 24 hours before the beginning of the scheduled rental time. You have the option to reschedule your reservation, availability of chosen bikes permitting, on the new date and time.
Refund in full for cancellations min 24 hours in advance to the scheduled time. 50% refund for cancellations min 12 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
No calls, no shows will not be refunded. For late arrivals, the rental time ends as scheduled.
